2006 Chase for the Pool Championship

The Chase for the Pool Championship is unlike any other
NASCAR fantasy game on the 'net.

Here, you become the driver you pick. Everything that happens to your driver on the track happens to you in the Pool.  You celebrate the victories and you curse the defeats!  The Championship Pool adds a whole new dimension to the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series racing when you personally have a stake in the outcome.  And just like for our drivers, there is no safety net in this Pool.  You get one pick per race and only one outcome, fame or disaster.  It's the next best thing besides being behind the wheel.

The Championship Pool follows the NASCAR Nextel Cup points system.  All the points earned by your driver is earned by you in the Pool, including bonus points for leading a lap and leading the most laps.  If NASCAR docks points from your driver for rule infractions, you suffer, too.  The Pool will also have our "Chase for the Pool Championship" after Race 26.  We follow NASCAR exactly, so it's just like you're out there racing with your driver!

The 2006 Pool Champion will win a copy of the Official 2007 NASCAR Preview and Press Guide (when available) from UMI Publications, valued at $9.95.  And if you come up short and fail to make the Chase, the Top Outsider will also win a prize for finishing 11th.  

If you sign up after the start of the season, you're still in the fight!  The Average Per Week Champion will be awarded a T-shirt from CafePress.com.  Players must make a minumum of five (5) picks to be eligible.
